A lifetime resident of Middle Tennessee, Denise is a graduate of McGavock High School and attended Middle Tennessee State University where she studied Business and Marketing. She began her career as a mortgage lending officer with a local bank working with agents, buyers, sellers and builders. In 1987 she moved into real estate sales, taking a position with one of Middle Tennessees' largest homebuilders, Fox Ridge Homes. Denise consistently ranked as one of the top sales agents with Fox Ridge. Denise has 11 years on-site sales experience for builders both speculative and custom builders. Denise earned the Circle of Excellence Award for volume of sales from the Home Builders Association of Middle Tennessee, a Lifetime Member of Awards of Excellence for the Greater Nashville Association of Realtors. She is a designated Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), Graduate of the Realtors Institute (GRI), an Accredited Buyers Representative (ABR), a Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist, and Certified New Homes Professional (CSP). She is a member of the Womens Council of Realtors, Williamson County Association of Realtors and the Greater Nashville Association of Realtors. I enjoy getting to know my clients.
